The Youth Ministry Program is for all high school aged students.  The program is designed around four key elements:

-Social

-Spiritual

-Educational

-Spiritual/Prayer

By focusing on four different elements of a person, we hope to reach students on a number of different levels and help form well rounded spiritual people who are on fire about their faith.

Meet Our Youth & Young Adult Minister

My name is Michaela Dean! I am originally from Delaware, Ohio, but I went to college at Clemson University in South Carolina where I majored in Botany and minored in Biosystems Engineering. I moved to Centerville in September of 2020 to be an agronomy consultant. At Clemson I converted to the faith while hordes of my peers were leaving, and I have been volunteering and helping to lead my peers closer to God ever since. I have been with my boyfriend Matthew for almost 7 years, and I live with two very needy roommates, my black cats Phantom and Poe. When I’m not busy with ministry I enjoy animal crossing, crafting, archery, gardening, paddleboarding, and swing dancing.

Fun Facts:
My Birthday: All Saints Day (aka November 1st)

Favorite Color: Olive Green

Favorite Snack: Charcuterie board (it’s an adult lunchable)

Favorite Drink: Coffee or Body Armor (depending on if I need caffeine or hydration)

Favorite Saint: I wear a necklace with 10 saint medals I switch out (or it gets too heavy!). Some of the saints on it the most are Mother Mary, St. Joseph, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Benedict, St. Mary Magdelene, St. Padre Pio, St. Catherine of Sienna, St. Michael, St. Augustine, St. Therese of Lissuex, St. Hildegarde of Bingen, Mother Teresa, and many more.

Favorite Bible Quote: Do not conform yourself to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2
